- ¾ cup kokopo coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- ¾ cup kokopo coconut milk
- 1 tbsp kokopo coconut oil
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 tbsp grated paneer (for richness)
- kokopo coconut butter (for greasing)
- Chopped coriander (for garnish)
Recipe – In a bowl, mix kokopo coconut flour, baking powder, salt, cumin powder, and ajwain. In another bowl, whisk kokopo coconut milk and kokopo coconut oil until smooth. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring well. Fold in grated paneer for added texture. Preheat the waffle iron and grease it lightly with kokopo coconut butter. Pour in the batter and cook until golden brown and crisp. Serve warm with a sprinkle of fresh coriander and kokopo coconut butter.
