Return & Refund Policy

At KOKOPO Foods, we take great care in ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards for all our products. As our products are food and perishable in nature, they are non-returnable and non-refundable as per Indian consumer protection regulations. However, in the rare case of an issue, we are here to help.

  1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy

As per Indian law and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for food and perishable products, except under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
  • The product was missing from your order.
  1. Eligibility for Replacement

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement. To request a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@kokopofoods.com
  • Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product along with the order number.
  • Ensure the product remains unopened and unused in its original packaging.
  1. Refund Process (If Applicable)

Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible. If approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  1. Exceptions & Discretionary Cases
  • If an issue arises outside the stated policy, KOKOPO Foods reserves the right to assess cases individually.
  • Our team’s decision on returns, refunds, and replacements is final.
