- 100g dark chocolate
- ¼ cup kokopo coconut oil
- ¾ cup kokopo coconut sugar
- ½ cup kokopo coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup kokopo coconut milk
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)
- A pinch of rock salt
Recipe – Melt dark chocolate with kokopo coconut oil until smooth. In a bowl, combine kokopo coconut sugar, kokopo coconut flour, baking powder, and cardamom powder. Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and stir in kokopo coconut milk until well combined. Fold in chopped nuts for added texture. Transfer the batter into a lined baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes. Let it cool before slicing, then garnish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of almond flakes for a rich, indulgent taste.
