Goan Coconut Spicy Solkadhi

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup dried kokum, soaked in warm water 
  • 1 cup kokopo coconut milk 
  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder 
  • A pinch of black salt 
  • ½ teaspoon kokopo coconut sugar (for a mild sweetness) 
  • A few fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

RecipeSoak dried kokum in warm water for 30 minutes, then strain and discard the pulp. Blend the kokum extract with kokopo coconut milk, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and kokopo coconut sugar until smooth. Chill for 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy this refreshing, tangy-sweet cooler!
