- ½ cup kokopo coconut cream
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- A pinch of cinnamon or cardamom powder (for extra flavor)
Recipe – In a bowl, mix yogurt, coconut syrup, vanilla extract, and kokopo coconut cream until smooth. Dip gluten-free biscuits into kokopo coconut coffee and arrange a layer in a dish. Spread half of the coconut mixture over the biscuits. Repeat another layer of dipped biscuits and coconut mixture. Dust with cocoa powder and a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom powder. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving for a rich, creamy texture.
